Get to know Rubel
I’ve been working in the legal sector since 2011 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. In 2017 I joined Slater and Gordon’s employment department in Cardiff and advise employers and employees on a range of issues relating to the employment relationship, including HR and disciplinary issues, settlement agreements, discrimination, TUPE transfers and Employment Tribunal claims.
I've dealt with various settlements and negotiated six figure settlements and favourable exit packages for employee clients. I aim to adapt a pragmatic and client focused approach and am often commended for finding practical solutions and thinking outside the box.
I was recognised in the independent legal guide, Legal 500, as a 'Key Lawyer' in my field and it states: "The team is a very safe pair of hands and provides excellent work at tribunals."

I’m a member of the Law Society and deliver employment law training to clients nationally, including leading seminars on recruitment issues at work and disciplinary procedures.
