John Davis

Consulting Principal Lawyer

A life-changing injury can happen to anyone, at any time and without warning. It’s a great privilege to be able to use the law to make a positive contribution to the quality of the lives of my seriously injured clients.

John Davis

Get to know John

I have been representing clients who have suffered serious injuries, particularly those who have suffered life-changing neurological conditions, for over 30 years, and I have considerable experience in the field of complex personal injury litigation.

Clients are at the centre of what I do. I am fully committed to getting to know my clients and their needs and to obtaining funding at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure that they are able to receive the rehabilitation required to meet their life-long needs and to reach their best possible outcome and quality of life. During my career I have acted for hundreds of clients whom I have helped to achieve awards of damages totalling over £200 million.

Until 2016 I was the Regional Managing Partner at the Newcastle office of Irwin Mitchell and since then I have worked as a legal consultant, using my experience and expertise to help and support seriously injured people .
